Jake considers up to 20 relevant photographs, background information and brief existing documents, then provides a concise 3–5 page Review Note with observations, clear limitations and prioritised next steps, followed by one 20-minute follow-up call.

The review is not a site inspection, full building survey, structural assessment, valuation, repair specification, legal, mortgage or expert-witness report, or a guaranteed diagnosis. Any site visit or further consultancy is scoped and quoted separately.
